That is the big question, Is construction slowing down? we are seeing one of our busiest months for the last 2 years,  people asking us to help them grow their businesses and assist them with business development finding new work and networking for them.

 

Generally the BDM side of our business goes up when people are quiet and the project management side drops off and then vice versa when times are busy – what’s strange this time is everything is busy for us, we have a lot of people asking us to take care of the commercial management and project tracking, finding new works and managing the projects.

 

This is like nothing we have seen before, we think the reason for this is being able to pay for the days or hours they require us and companies at the moment are trying to simplify things while reducing overheads and this is how we have been able to become so busy as we are not a full time employee and companies have the ability to use us as they need us.

The rise in companies approaching us to undertake business development work for them has increased massively. This suggest people are being approached less to price other projects so are resorting to finding other ways of securing longer term large projects.

This is where we help, we find active and up coming projects, do all the chasing, get the tenders in, credit check the client then assist in the client management. You then price the work and submit your tender bid, we can even assist in the pricing of the projects if you need us too.

 

Once the project is won we can even assist with the delivery and financing of the project.
