When we issue you the tender we also supply you the checks against the company along with credit file so you can make a decision on pricing the works prior to spending all that time and effort – we can also assist with contract terms negotiating with you if required.

Thanks to our connections within the construction industry we have been able to negotiate with our clients suppliers or find new suppliers and get accounts opened for the values required each month to enable you to deliver on the terms and time scales required.
